- When you get a homogeneous batter, place it in a greased with butter and sprinkled with flour pie pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170ºC or 340ºF until golden brown (about 40 minutes) or to taste.
- Once cold, unmold and sprinkle with the powdered sugar and cinnamon powder and decorate with the lemon slices.
