- Remove the skin and bones from the cod and flake it.

- Peel the eggs and slice them, as well as the potatoes.

- Heat a saucepan with the olive oil, chopped garlic, paprika, and pepper and sauté until golden brown.

- Remove from the oven, place the egg slices on top, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve.
