Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Grease a tart pan (without a removable bottom) with butter and lightly dust it with flour.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until well combined.
- Add the citrus zests and juices, mixing them into the batter.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the flour into the milk until smooth. Pour this into the egg mixture and stir until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared tart pan.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool, decorate as you like, and enjoy.
