Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Grease and dust the cake pan with flour.
- Beat the eggs with the brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add the honey, olive oil, fennel, lemon zest, and cinnamon and mix well.
- Pour in the milk and mix again until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour and baking powder, folding it in until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (about 40 to 45 minutes).
