500g of all-purpose flour (about 4 cups)10g of active dry yeast (about 1 tablespoon)10g of salt (about 2 teaspoons)400ml of warm water (about 1 and 2/3 cups)

Preparation
- Mix the yeast with the water until dissolved and let it rest for 10 minutes. In a bowl, place the flour and salt, make a well in the center, pour in the yeast water, and mix without kneading.
- Cover with cling film and let it rise for 2 to 3 hours.
- On a floured surface, place the dough, pulling one end towards the center and then the other and repeat 3 to 4 times.
- Shape into a ball (in this case, divide into 2 balls) and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Place on a baking sheet dusted with flour, make a shallow cut, and bake at 450°F (230°C) for about 30 to 35 minutes, depending on your oven.
