- Preheat the oven to 180ºC or 350ºF.
- Grease a baking pan with margarine and dust with flour.
- Using a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
- Add the oil and beat a little more.
- Turn off the mixer.
- Add the milk, coffee, and instant coffee powder and mix well with a spatula or wire whisk.
- Finally, add the flour and baking powder and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 35 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and then unmold.
Note: When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
