Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil to it.
- Once the oil is hot, add the sliced chouriço to the skillet and fry until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes.
- Remove the chouriço from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
- Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet and cook until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Return the chouriço to the skillet with the peppers and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the chouriço is heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Note: You can also add onions or garlic to the skillet for extra flavor, if you prefer.
