Ingredients
4 whole eggs2 cups of brown sugar1 cup of oil2 cups of all-purpose flour1 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder1 teaspoon of cinnamon1 teaspoon of coarse salt2 cups of grated carrot1 cup of walnut kernels (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC or 350ºF.
- Mix all ingredients well, in order.
- Place the batter in bundt cake pan greased with butter and dusted with flour.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until it's baked (when a toothpick comes out dry).
