Tips for Success

When sautéing the onion and garlic, make sure to cook them on medium heat until they are translucent rather than browning them. This prevents bitterness and enhances the overall flavor of the soup.

For a creamier texture, consider blending a portion of the soup after adding the beans and broth. Use an immersion blender directly in the pot or transfer to a countertop blender in batches, then return to heat before adding the pasta.

Avoid overcooking the noodles by adding them to the soup only in the last 5-7 minutes of cooking. This ensures they remain al dente and don’t become mushy, maintaining the desired texture in your soup.
