You can use boneless chicken thighs or beef as a substitute for pork. For a vegetarian option, try using mushrooms or a combination of beans and vegetables.

How can I store leftover Tasty Shell Pasta and Pork Stew?

Allow the stew to cool completely and then transfer it to an airtight container. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in a pot over low heat or in the microwave.

If the stew is too salty, you can add more liquid, such as water or low-sodium chicken broth, to dilute the saltiness. Adding a raw potato and letting it simmer for a while can also help absorb some salt.
