How should I store leftovers of the baked cod rice?
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, add a splash of water or broth to avoid drying out the rice.
My rice turned out too hard; what did I do wrong?
If your rice is too hard, it could be due to not adding enough liquid or not covering the pot securely. Ensure you measure the liquids accurately and cover the dish while baking to retain moisture.
