- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, crushed garlic, lemon and olive oil.
- Let them stay like this for a few hours.
- In a large pan, add a little olive oil and the onions rings, keep stirring until the onions begins to brown.
- Place the steaks in the pan next to each other and move the onion to the sides so it doesn't go under the steaks and fries evenly without burning.
- Once cooked, turn the steaks and than add the tomato paste and white wine.
- Simmer over low heat until the wine evaporates , which takes about 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with chips or boiled potatoes.
- Sprinkle with coriander or parsley.
