- Thoroughly mix all ingredients by hand in a bowl (add the meat last), then let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit) and form the dough into a ball.
- Sprinkle flour on the bottom of a pot and place the formed dough ball inside.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out dry (about 40 to 45 minutes).
