Frequently Asked Questions

Can I substitute all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour?

Yes, you can substitute all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour, but keep in mind that this may affect the texture and density of the bread. You may need to adjust the liquid slightly, as whole wheat flour often requires more water.

How should I store leftover meat bread?

Store leftover meat bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. For longer storage, you can wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and freeze it for up to 3 months. To reheat, thaw in the fridge and then warm in the oven.

What can I do if my dough doesn't rise properly?

If your dough doesn't rise, it may be due to inactive yeast. Ensure the yeast is fresh and active; you can test it by dissolving it in warm water with a pinch of sugar before mixing with other ingredients. Also, make sure your rising environment is warm and draft-free, as yeast thrives in warm temperatures.
