Can I use a different type of potato for this recipe?

Yes, you can use other types of potatoes such as Yukon Gold, red potatoes, or even fingerling potatoes. Just keep in mind that different potatoes may have varying cooking times, so adjust accordingly.

What is the best way to store leftovers of sautéed paprika and garlic potatoes?

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, you can use a skillet over medium heat to bring the crispiness back, or microwave them if you're in a hurry.

If you don't have smoked paprika, you can use regular paprika for a milder flavor, or a mix of paprika and a pinch of cayenne pepper for some heat. Alternatively, try adding a bit of cumin or chili powder for a different twist.
