Recommended Drink Pairings

Wine

Portuguese: Vinho Verde - This light and slightly effervescent wine complements the richness of the cheese while enhancing the garlic's flavor.

General: Sauvignon Blanc - A crisp and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc will cut through the creaminess of the cheese and highlight the garlic's aromatic notes.

Beer

Portuguese: Super Bock - This popular Portuguese lager is light and crisp, making it a great balance to the buttery, cheesy flavors of the garlic bread.

General: Pilsner - A clean and refreshing Pilsner offers a nice contrast to the richness of the cheese, enhancing the overall enjoyment of the dish.

Other Beverages

Sparkling Water: The effervescence of sparkling water can cleanse the palate between bites, providing a refreshing counterpoint to the cheesy richness.
