Recipe Tips

When cooking the beef, sear it first in a hot pan with a little oil before adding it to the pot. This will enhance the flavor and create a rich base for your sopas.
To prevent the cabbage from becoming mushy, add it in the last 30 minutes of cooking. This keeps the cabbage tender but still retains some crunch, adding texture to the dish.
Avoid overcooking the sopas by keeping an eye on the liquid level. If it evaporates too much, add a bit of water or broth to prevent the mixture from becoming too thick or burning at the bottom.
