Ingredients
1 grated carrotJuice from 1/2 lemon2 tablespoons of sugar1 teaspoon of honey
Get Portuguese ingredients 
Preparation
- Place the grated carrot and sugar in a cup.
- Add the juice of the half lemon and 1 teaspoon of honey.
- Mix well and let it sit for a few minutes.
- Take 2 tablespoons of this syrup a day.
