Frequently Asked Questions
What can I use as a substitute for fresh coriander in this sauce?
If you don't have fresh coriander, you can use fresh parsley for a different flavor. However, if you want to keep a similar taste, you could also use ground coriander as a last resort. Keep in mind that the flavor will not be the same.
How long can I store the coriander sauce, and how should I do it?
You can store the coriander sauce in a tightly sealed glass jar in the refrigerator for up to one week. Make sure to check for any off smells or changes in texture before using.
What should I do if my coriander sauce is too thick?
If your sauce is too thick, add a little bit more water or olive oil, a tablespoon at a time, while blending until you reach your desired consistency.
