Ingredients

2 lbs of veal, in cubes1 medium onion, chopped4 cloves of garlic, chopped1 bay leaf3 medium carrots, slicedHalf a cup of crushed tomatoes2 glasses of red wine1 glass of waterFresh coriander (to taste), choppedSalt and pepper (to taste)Olive oil (to taste)

Preparation

  1. In a pan, begin by browning the onion in 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
  2. Add the garlic and saute everything.
  3. Add the meat, season with salt and pepper and let it brown.
  4. Add the carrots and crushed tomatoes.
  5. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the red wine and if necessary add a little water.
  7. Cook for 50 minutes on low heat.
  8. The cooking time may vary depending on the size of the meat cubes size.
  9. Once cooked, garnish with coriander and serve.
