Frequently Asked Questions
Can I substitute any ingredients in the Yum Coconut Pudding recipe?
Yes, you can substitute granulated sugar with coconut sugar or honey for a different sweetness profile. If you don’t have shredded coconut, you can use unsweetened coconut flakes or even coconut cream for a richer flavor, but adjust the water accordingly.
How should I store leftovers of the coconut pudding?
Store any leftover pudding in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The pudding can also be served chilled, which can enhance its flavors.
What should I do if my coconut pudding curdles while cooking?
If your pudding curdles, it may have been heated too quickly. To rescue it, try blending it in a blender until smooth. For future batches, ensure you cook on low heat and stir constantly to avoid curdling.
