Recipe Tips

When boiling the potatoes, cut them into uniform cubes to ensure even cooking. Start with cold water and add a pinch of salt to enhance flavor. This helps prevent them from becoming mushy while cooking.
To avoid a bland salad, season each layer as you add ingredients. For example, sprinkle a little salt and pepper on the potatoes, peas and carrots, and seafood mix before combining them with the tuna and mayonnaise.
Use high-quality mayonnaise for a creamier texture and richer flavor. If you prefer a healthier version, consider mixing Greek yogurt with a little mustard as a substitute for part of the mayonnaise.
