Preparation

  1. Heat some olive oil in a pot, add the onion (chopped) and bay leaf.
  2. When the onion begins to brown slightly, add the tomato paste, the skinless and seedless tomatoes cut into tiny cubes, the paprika and the parsley.
  3. Add the beans with some water, bring to a boil, then add the macaroni and season with salt and pepper.
  4. When the macaroni is almost cooked, add the eggs and cook over low heat until the eggs are cooked.
