Ingredients
2 turkey legs with a few cuts1 large onion, sliced4 cloves of garlic, minced3 bay leaves2 stems of fresh rosemary5 potatoes, cut into cubes3 carrots, cut into small pieces1/2 glass of white wine

Preparation
- At the bottom of a baking dish add half of the sliced onion and 2 cloves of garlic (minced).
- Place the meat on top, next add the potatoes, the rest of the chopped onion and minced garlic, the bay leaves and the rosemary in small branches.
- Season with salt and pepper, add the wine and the olive oil and roast in the oven for about 1 hour at 180°C or 350°F or until the meat is roasted and the vegetables are cooked.
