Recipe Tips

To enhance the flavor of the veal steaks, marinate them in a mixture of olive oil, crushed garlic, chopped parsley, and vinegar for at least 30 minutes before cooking. This will infuse the meat with additional flavor and tenderness.
When cooking the veal steaks, avoid overcrowding the pan. Cook them in batches if necessary to ensure they sear properly and develop a nice crust. Overcrowding will lead to steaming instead of searing, making the steaks less flavorful and less appealing.
For perfectly cooked veal, use a meat thermometer to check for doneness. Aim for an internal temperature of 145°F for medium-rare. Let the steaks rest for 5-10 minutes after cooking to allow the juices to redistribute, ensuring a juicy and tender result.
