Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef2 lbs ground chourico sausage2 large green peppers, chopped2 large onions, chopped1 (8)oz. can tomato sauce1 (15)oz. can diced tomatoes, juice and all1 tablespoon tomato paste mixed in ½ cup of water2 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon crushed red hot pepper flakes1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (optional, or can add less to lower the heat)2 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and drain to remove grease.
  2. Add beef and all other ingredients to crockpot, mix well.
  3. Cook on high for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

Sounds like too much green pepper. I prefer just the sauteed ground chourico on a nice Portuguese roll. This has too much other stuff in it.
