I was thinking of making these with Gluten free flour, since I’m Celiac. Any suggestions?

Hi Eljanor, yes you can, just substitute the same amount of gluten free flour for the all-purpose flour.

Hi Krissy, these tarts can be stored in a air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, and no I would not mail them due to their short shelf life.
