How should I store any leftovers of the spareribs and beans stew?
Allow the stew to cool to room temperature, then transfer it to an airtight container. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. To reheat, simply warm it on the stove or in the microwave until heated through.
What can I do if the stew is too salty?
If your stew turns out too salty, you can add a bit of water or low-sodium broth to dilute the saltiness. Alternatively, adding more vegetables or beans can help balance the flavors without losing the dish's integrity.
