Ingredients

4 tbsp (approx. 40 g / 1.4 oz) chopped bar chocolate25 g (1.75 tbsp) butter1 egg1 tbsp (12 g / 0.4 oz) sugar1 tbsp (21 g / 0.75 oz) honey1 heaping tbsp (15 g / 0.5 oz) all-purpose flour

Directions

  1. Place the chocolate and butter in a mug and microwave for 30 seconds. Remove and stir until the chocolate is completely melted. If it hasn't melted yet, microwave for a few more seconds.
  2. Add the sugar and honey, then mix. Add the egg and whisk well.
  3. Add the flour and stir with a spoon using an upward folding motion from the bottom.
  4. Microwave the mug for approximately 40 seconds. The cake will remain liquid in the center; if you prefer it more well-done, increase the cooking time.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy.
