Recipe Tips

For maximum flavor, marinate the beef ribs in the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible. This allows the meat to absorb the flavors deeply.
When adding Piri piri sauce, start with a small amount and gradually increase to your desired spice level. Remember that the sauce can be quite potent, and it's easier to add more than to tone down the heat.
Avoid overcooking the ribs by using a meat thermometer. Aim for an internal temperature of 190°F (88°C) for tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs. Use a low oven temperature (around 300°F / 150°C) for longer cooking time to ensure they remain juicy.

How should I store leftover baked beef ribs?

Store leftover beef ribs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months. To reheat, bake in a preheated oven or microwave until heated through.
