Ingredients

300 g pasta (about 2 1/3 cups dry pasta)100 g tomato sauce (about 1/2 cup)7 tablespoons mayonnaise2 teaspoons fresh parsley25 g grated Parmesan (about 1/4 cup)50 g sliced ham (about 4–5 slices)

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente.
  2. Mix the tomato sauce, mayonnaise, parsley, 2/3 of the Parmesan, and the ham, and stir well.
  3. Add the sauce to the pasta and mix thoroughly.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top and serve.
