Preparation
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the olive oil and the butter.
- Add the minced garlic and chili pepper to the skillet.
- Sauté for a minute or until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet.
- Pour in the white wine, and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and opaque (don't overcook them), or they'll become tough.
- Remove the skillet from the heat immediately, add some chopped parsley and serve.
