8 slices of sandwich bread4 teaspoons butter at room temperature (20 g / 0.7 oz)4 tablespoons peanut butter (60 g / 2.1 oz)8 teaspoons honey (40 g / 1.4 oz)2 teaspoons mini chocolate chips (8 g / 0.28 oz)4 large strawberries, thinly sliced2 bananas, each cut in half, then each half cut lengthwise into 3 slices4 tablespoons pineapple jam (80 g / 2.8 oz)Powdered sugar for dusting

Preparation
- Spread the butter on one side of each slice of bread (total 8 slices).
- In a small bowl, mix peanut butter and honey.
- Spread this mixture on the unbuttered side of 4 slices.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips evenly over the peanut butter mixture.
- Layer the sliced strawberries and banana slices on top.
- Spread pineapple jam on the unbuttered side of the remaining 4 slices, then close the sandwiches.
- Grill or toast each sandwich in a skillet or sandwich press until golden brown on both sides.
- Slice in half, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
