With all your ingredients and equipment gathered, you are ready to get started!

Directions

  1. Spread the butter on one side of each slice of bread (total 8 slices).
  2. In a small bowl, mix peanut butter and honey.
  3. Spread this mixture on the unbuttered side of 4 slices.
  4. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips evenly over the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Layer the sliced strawberries and banana slices on top.
  6. Spread pineapple jam on the unbuttered side of the remaining 4 slices, then close the sandwiches.
  7. Grill or toast each sandwich in a skillet or sandwich press until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Slice in half, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
