Tuna, Cauliflower and Mushroom Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

1.1 lbs (500 g) cauliflower3.5 oz (100 g) whole wheat flour1 eggOregano, salt, and pepper to tasteToppings:Tomato sauce (to taste)2 cans of tuna1 onion4 fresh mushrooms, sliced1 ball of fresh mozzarella cheeseOlives (to taste)OreganoA drizzle of olive oil

With all your ingredients and equipment gathered, you are ready to get started!

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 392°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the cauliflower in salted water.
  3. Once cooked, mash it well with a fork and mix in the remaining base ingredients.
  4. Spread the dough thinly on a regtangular baking tray.
  5. Bake until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and spread the tomato sauce over it to the edges.
  7. Spread the mushrooms, shredded tuna, and thinly sliced onion on top.
  8. Add small pieces of mozzarella, olives, oregano, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  9. Bake again until the cheese melts and starts to turn golden.
  10.  Serve hot and enjoy!
