Directions
- Preheat the oven to 392°F (200°C).
- Cook the cauliflower in salted water.
- Once cooked, mash it well with a fork and mix in the remaining base ingredients.
- Spread the dough thinly on a regtangular baking tray.
- Bake until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and spread the tomato sauce over it to the edges.
- Spread the mushrooms, shredded tuna, and thinly sliced onion on top.
- Add small pieces of mozzarella, olives, oregano, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Bake again until the cheese melts and starts to turn golden.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
