- Season the veal steaks with salt and pepper and set aside.

- Let it cook until lightly golden.
- Add the sliced mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for a few minutes.
- Pour in the Port wine and stir in the mustard.
- Let it reduce slightly, then add the heavy cream.
- Allow the sauce to thicken and remove from heat.
- Meanwhile, heat your grill or grill pan.
