- Let it reduce slightly, then add the heavy cream.
- Allow the sauce to thicken and remove from heat.
- Meanwhile, heat your grill or grill pan.
- Grill the veal steaks to your desired doneness.
- Place the steaks on a serving dish and spoon the mushroom sauce over them.
