Ingredients
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk1 2/3 cups (14 fl oz) whipping cream 35%, well chilled1 package (about 7 oz) digestive biscuits1 can (about 14 oz) pineapple slices in juice
Directions
- Crush the digestive biscuits and set them aside.
- Pat dry a few pineapple slices with a paper towel and cut them into small cubes and set aside.
- Whip the chilled heavy cream with the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- In individual serving bowls, layer some crushed biscuits, a few pineapple cubes, and a layer of the whipped cream mixture.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with pineapple and biscuits on top.
- Refrigerate for a few hours or serve right away.
