- Once hot, add the onion and let it brown. Add the chicken cubes and chopped garlic, if needed, add a little more oil.
- Once the chicken starts browning, add the peanuts and cabbage.
- Stir well and cook just until the cabbage starts to soften.
- Remove from the heat and mix gently with the rice.
