Frequently Asked Questions

Can I substitute the eggs in this recipe?

Yes, you can use flaxseed meal or chia seeds as an egg substitute. For each egg, mix 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal or chia seeds with 2.5 tablespoons of water and let it sit for a few minutes until it becomes gelatinous.

How should I store leftover orange pudding?

Store any leftover orange pudding in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, consider placing individual portions in the microwave for a few seconds or in the oven at 180°C (350°F) until warmed through.

The pudding didn’t set properly, what could have gone wrong?

If the pudding didn’t set, it might be due to underbaking. Ensure your oven temperature is accurate and bake for the full 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Also, make sure to mix the ingredients thoroughly to incorporate air, which helps in the setting process.
