24 medium shrimp, peeled (12 oz / 340 g)6 cloves of garlic, chopped (0.6 oz / 18 g)2 tablespoons olive oil (1 fl oz / 30 ml)3 tablespoons butter (1.5 oz / 42 g)6 tablespoons white wine (3 fl oz / 90 ml)0.5 teaspoon salt (0.1 oz / 3 g)1 teaspoon piri piri sauce (0.17 fl oz / 5 ml)1 tablespoon lemon juice (0.5 fl oz / 15 ml)2 tablespoons chopped parsley (0.3 oz / 8 g)

- Drizzle the olive oil in a skillet and add the butter over medium heat.
- Add the freshly chopped garlic and fry it lightly until wonderfully fragrant and sizzly.
- Toss in the peeled shrimp and season immediately with the white wine, salt, piri piri sauce, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Let it cook for a few minutes until the shrimp are gorgeously plump and pink, allowing the savory flavors to completely marry.
