Ingredients
1 puff pastry base1 small can of white beans (280 grams) (approximately 10 ounces)350 grams of sugar (approximately 1.75 cups)80 grams of flour (approximately 2/3 cup)80 grams of margarine (approximately 5.6 tablespoons)5 eggs100 grams of shredded coconut (approximately 1 cup)Sugar for sprinkling

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a tart pan, pricking the base with a fork and set aside.
- Drain and rinse the white beans from the can.
- Drain again and puree the beans.
- In a bowl, mix the bean puree with all the other ingredients.
- Beat very well until the mixture is completely homogeneous.
- Pour the mixture over the tart base, sprinkle with sugar, and bake for about 35 minutes or until golden.
