Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with butter, then set aside.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the orange juice, orange zest, flour and mix everything very well.
  5. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated over for 15 minutes.
  6. Flip it carefully on to a surface dusted with sugar, roll it into a log shape, removing the parchment paper as you roll it.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  8. Let it cool and serve decorated with orange slices.
