  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the green beans for 4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Drain the beans immediately and allow them to cool completely to ensure the batter adheres properly.
  4. Whisk the flour, baking powder, and olive oil in a large bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour in the beer and lemon juice, stirring until the mixture is thick and smooth.
  6. Incorporate the eggs one by one, beating thoroughly after each addition.
  7. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes to allow the gluten to relax and the carbonation to settle.
  8. Heat frying oil to 180°C. Dip each cooled green bean into the batter, coating it entirely.
  9. Fry in small batches until the coating is puffed and golden brown.
  10. Transfer the fritters to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
