Preparation

  1. Season the shrimp with crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  3. Thread the shrimp alternately with pineapple cubes onto wooden skewers and grill.
  4. Serve immediately.
