2 pineapple yogurts (8oz each)3 cups (of yogurt) sugar2 cups (of yogurt) flour1 teaspoon baking powder100g melted butter4 eggs1 pineapple pudding mix2 tablespoons pineapple juice2 tablespoons shredded coconutButter for greasing and flour for dusting the cake pan

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, beat the whole eggs with the sugar until you get a fluffy, whitish cream.
- Add the melted butter and then the yogurts, and continue beating.
- Sift the flour with the baking powder mixed in and add it to the egg and yogurt mixture.
- Add 2 tablespoons of coconut.
- Separately, dissolve the pineapple pudding mix in two tablespoons of pineapple juice and add it to the previous mixture.
- Grease a bundt cake pan with butter and dust it with flour.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- As soon as you remove it from the pan, brush the cake with pineapple juice and sprinkle with coconut.
