1/2 cup (about 3.5 oz) of softened butter2/3 cup of coconut sugar3 eggs2/3 cup of honey2 unsweetened natural yogurts (about 4.4 oz each)2 and 1/2 cups of flour1 teaspoon of baking powder1/2 cup of chopped walnutsButter for greasingFlour for dustingChopped walnuts, coarsely chopped for sprinkling as neededGround cinnamon for dusting as needed

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a bundt pan with butter and dust with flour. Set aside.
- In a bowl, beat the butter, coconut sugar, and eggs very well. Add the honey and yogurts and beat again.
- Finally, add the flour and baking powder (previously mixed) and the chopped walnuts, and fold everything together without beating, just until incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with cinnamon, and chopped walnuts to taste.
- Bake in the oven for about 40 to 45 minutes. Perform the toothpick test to check doneness.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and then unmold.
