How can I store leftover coconut cupcakes?
You can store leftover coconut cupcakes in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. For longer storage, refrigerate them for up to a week or freeze them for up to 3 months.
What should I do if the cupcakes are burning on the bottom?
If the cupcakes are burning on the bottom, try lowering the oven temperature to 180°C (350°F) and bake them for a longer time. It may also help to place an oven-safe tray on the rack below them to prevent direct heat from the oven floor.
