Delicious Homemade Baked Fries Recipe


Ingredients
800g (1.75 lbs) potatoes2 tablespoons olive oil1 teaspoon smoked paprikaDried oreganoSalt, to tasteWhite pepper, to taste
Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, keeping the skin on. 
  3. Cut them into quarters, then halve each quarter to ensure they are not too thick.
  4. Wash again and pat dry with a paper towel.
  5. Season the potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and white pepper, and mix well to coat evenly.
  6. Arrange the potatoes on a baking tray in a single layer, without overlapping.
  7. Bake until golden brown, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
  8. Serve immediately.
