- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 and 1/2 spoons of baking powder
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Topping:
- 102 grams or 3/4 cup instant vanilla pudding
- 2 cups of milk
